& Terms telkomwd Conditions of Platform Use
This document governs the rights and obligations of all users who access telkomwd services. Please read it carefully before creating an account or carrying out any transaction on our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by telkomwd, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the entire contents of these Terms & Conditions fully and unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors without an account, registered users, and users who carry out financial transactions on the telkomwd platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right to change, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically to ensure they are aware of the latest version in effect.
2. Account Creation and Security
To use the full features of the telkomwd platform, users must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating more than one account by the same user may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
Users must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to register and use telkomwd services. The platform does not serve individuals below that minimum age. By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirement set out here.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login information confidential. telkomwd will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our customer support immediately for further security measures.
- Using false information or another person's identity when registering is strictly prohibited.
- Lending or transferring your account to another party is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
3. Payments, Transactions, and Financial Information
All transactions on the telkomwd platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits using available local payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri), digital wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay), and QRIS. Available payment methods are subject to change at any time.
Every withdrawal request will go through a verification process in accordance with applicable procedures. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the payment method and the verification process required. telkomwd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the bank account or digital wallet information used in each transaction. Losses arising from incorrect account information entered by the user are not the responsibility of telkomwd. All confirmed transactions are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
- Using another person's bank account or digital wallet for transactions is strictly prohibited.
- Transactions suspected of being proceeds of money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- The platform reserves the right to temporarily hold funds for verification purposes if suspicious activity is detected.
4 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Users are required to use the telkomwd platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations. Using the service for illegal purposes, fraud, or activities that harm others is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and further legal action.
Users are prohibited from making any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems, including hacking, reverse engineering, or using automated software (bots) to access or manipulate the service. Any such attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities and the accounts involved will be immediately closed.
Users are also prohibited from distributing content that is offensive, misleading, or infringes on the rights of third parties through this platform. We reserve the right to remove such content and take action against violating accounts without prior notice.
- Collusion or manipulation of games with other users is strictly prohibited.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways that do not comply with the applicable terms is strictly prohibited.
- Using a VPN or location-masking tools to access the service from restricted regions is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their respective jurisdictions.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the telkomwd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of telkomwd or parties that have licensed it to us. Such content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws applicable in Indonesia and internationally.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from telkomwd. Using the platform's trademarks, name, or visual assets for commercial purposes without authorization constitutes a serious violation.
All software used by this platform is the property of telkomwd or third-party software suppliers licensed to us. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these & Terms and Conditions.
6. Account Policy: Suspension and Closure
telkomwd reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a violation of these & Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or at the request of competent legal authorities. Decisions to suspend or close an account are final and may be carried out without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
Users may submit a voluntary account closure request at any time by contacting the customer support team. Such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, ensuring that all outstanding financial obligations have been settled before the account is officially closed.
In the event that an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance in the account may be temporarily held during the investigation process. If the investigation establishes a serious violation, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with platform policy. Users have the right to appeal through official support channels within 14 days of the decision being communicated.
7. Limitation of Liability, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law
telkomwd does not guarantee that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or virus-free. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites that are not under the control of telkomwd. The presence of such links does not constitute an endorsement or approval of third-party site content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites linked from our platform.
These & Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this platform will first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a negotiated resolution is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to a competent court in Indonesia.
